Mmmmm, coffee. This week’s Osmo Nutrition Water Pic Wednesday comes courtesy of my mom, Elizabeth Chura! Ebeth sent me this “early morning favorite body of water” pic of her coffee maker! Definitely a requirement for any swim parent, triathlete, runner, early riser, or person who just likes coffee!
As a consolation prize I also found this link on super swim coach Alex Braunfeld’s Facebook page titled the “35 Clearest Waters in The World to Swim in Before you Die.”

I visited Jenny Lake (#11) as a kid and swam in Lake Tahoe (#16) last summer! I’m sure there are some places missing from the list (the Dynamo swimming pool didn’t make the cut?!), but after checking it out, I definitely have a couple new swimming holes to add to my bucket list. Anyone want to go ladder jumping in Samoa!?
Finally, I think a few people had trouble with the October Osmo Active Hydration Deal I mentioned last week. Here’s a screen shot of the instructions, which hopefully clears things up! There’s still a few more days!!

WOW! amazing pictures of swimming holes…. Barton Springs and Deep Eddy in Austin… both great spots too…
I definitely see a visit to Austin in my off-season future!!
Hmm…Crater Lake is about 2 hours from Bend. If we do a training camp there together, we could plan a day to visit Crater Lake for a run + swim with 43m visibility. Wow!
YESSS! Done!! 43m visibility here I come!!!
